2015 DEF CON 23 Car Hacking Village badge

The first badge I designed for the Car Hacking Village, for DEF CON 23. A green board with an OBD-II connector on one end, a three-digit seven-segment display, a microcontroller and a header for connecting to other hardware. Built under Specialized Solutions and marked with CanBusHack.com. About 250 were made; I designed the board and Miltec Circuits assembled them.

  • OBD-II connector
  • 3-digit 7-segment display
  • Microcontroller
  • Pin header
  • Board rev R3
  • ~250 units
  • Assembled by Miltec Circuits
  • DEF CON 23 (2015)
